When we invested in our first drone, our first commercial flights were for local Estate Agents, usually in the form of aerial photography in rural locations, for properties with large grounds that look impressive from above or for properties that are difficult to see from the ground.
Operating in rural areas is usually fairly easy to plan and progress but restrictions in congested areas such as towns or nearby roads or people, make it much more difficult to gain permissions to go ahead. On some occasions we use a gimbal camera on a telescopic pole which remotes to an Ipad on the ground enabling us to get the required elevated photo like the photo below:
Here at Adventure Dog Productions we realise that you can not always do what you want in the usual way that you would do things. Sometimes we need to adapt or think outside of the box. In this case we were able to use our UAV as a handheld camera and we produced this walk through video, for LeGrys Estate Agents in Tunbridge Wells.
